Amy Hutton was raised on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She’s an award-winning Television Producer who now spends her time writing romantic stories with all the feels.

Her debut romance Sit, Stay, Love was published in August 2023, with the follow up Love from Scratch published in June 2024, both through Simon & Schuster Australia.

Amy belongs to a rescue dog named Buffy. She’s an avid supporter of animal rescue organisations and proudly fosters three Black Rhinos in Africa.

When not busy toying with her character’s emotions, she loves to travel, with a particular passion for Disneyland. She also adores anything Star Wars and has a fierce and unwavering commitment to Hallmark Christmas movies.

Amy is a Romance Writers of America, Romance Writers of Australia and Romance Writers of New Zealand Award Winner.
